Product Overview
The MBRS1100T3G, SBRS81100T3G, MBRS190T3G, and SBRS8190T3G are Schottky Power Rectifiers employing the Schottky Barrier principle in a large area metal-to-silicon power diode. These devices feature epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact, making them ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency rectification, or as free wheeling and polarity protection diodes in surface mount applications where compact size and weight are critical. They offer a small, compact, surface mountable package with J-bend leads, rectangular package for automated handling, a highly stable oxide passivated junction, high blocking voltage, and a 175C operating junction temperature. A guardring provides stress protection, and these devices are AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP Capable. The SBRS8 prefix is for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements.
