The NFVA36065L42 is an advanced Automotive SPM module designed for hybrid and electric vehicle applications. It provides a high-performance inverter output stage with integrated gate drive and protection features. This module optimizes gate drive for IGBTs to reduce EMI and losses, while incorporating under-voltage lockout, over-current shutdown, thermal monitoring, and fault reporting. The built-in High-Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) simplifies the design by requiring only a single supply voltage and translating logic-level gate inputs to the necessary high-voltage, high-current drive signals. Separate negative IGBT terminals per phase allow for flexible control algorithm implementation.
