The SV540 / SV5100 is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed for automated placement with high efficiency operation and low thermal resistance. It is lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directive and uses a green molding compound as per IEC61249 Std. (Halogen Free). Ideal for applications requiring reliable rectification with fast switching and low forward voltage drop.
