The LXA08T600 and LXA08B600 are X-Series PFC diodes from the Qspeed family, offering 600 V and 8 A. They feature the lowest QRR of any 600 V silicon diode, leading to increased efficiency, reduced EMI, and elimination of snubbers. These diodes are ideal for Power Factor Correction (PFC) boost diodes, motor drive circuits, and DC-AC inverters.
