The DSK32 THRU DSK320 series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. They feature a low-profile package ideal for automated placement, guard rings for overvoltage protection, and low power losses for high efficiency. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak of 260 and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
