The SSL54B THRU SSL510B are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for high-frequency applications. They offer high forward surge current capability, low power loss, and high efficiency due to their metal silicon junction and majority carrier conduction. These rectifiers meet MSL level 1 standards and are suitable for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. The devices are housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package and are RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
