Product Overview
The M1 through M7 series are surface mount general purpose rectifiers designed for applications requiring low reverse leakage and high forward surge current capability. These glass passivated standard rectifiers meet MSL level 1 standards and are suitable for general purpose rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes in consumer and telecommunication equipment. They are housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package with solderable terminals and meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating, being RoHS-compliant and halogen-free.
