Product Overview
The SS32BF THRU SS320BF is a Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier offering high efficiency operation with ultra low forward voltage drop and low power losses. Featuring a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction and high forward surge current capability, these rectifiers are designed for low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications. They meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-020 with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260. The SMBF package has solder plated terminals, suitable for MIL-STD-750 soldering methods. The molding compound is UL 94V-0 flammability rated, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free.
