Product Overview
The UMC3N / FMC3A are dual digital transistors, available as either the DTA114E chip or DTC114E chip within a UMT or SMT package. These transistors are ideal for power switch circuits, offering the advantage of cutting mounting cost and area in half. They are of the epitaxial planar type, NPN/PNP silicon transistor, and are built-in resistor types.
