Product Overview
The DTA114ECA is a PNP digital transistor featuring built-in biasing resistors (R1 = R2 = 10k). This integrated design simplifies circuit configuration, particularly for inverter circuits, by eliminating the need for external input resistors. The thin-film resistors offer complete isolation for negative biasing and eliminate parasitic effects. Designed for ease of operation, requiring only the setting of on/off conditions, this transistor is suitable for applications such as inverters, interfaces, and drivers. A complementary NPN type, DTC114ECA, is also available.
