They are suitable for use in consumer, computer, and telecommunication equipment, offering advantages such as ultra-fast recovery time, low leakage current, and high forward surge capability. The diodes feature a glass-passivated chip junction and are housed in an RoHS-compliant, UL 94 V-0 flammability rated ITO-220AB package with tin-plated leads.
