Product Overview
The DTC143EM FHA is a digital transistor featuring built-in biasing resistors (R1 = R2 = 4.7k), simplifying inverter circuit configurations by eliminating the need for external input resistors. This design allows for easy circuit design by only requiring the setting of on/off conditions for operation. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and suitable for applications such as inverters, interfaces, and drivers. A complementary PNP type, DTA143EM FHA, is also available.
