This series of 6A surface mount glass-passivated bridge rectifiers offers high surge current capability and is designed for surface mount applications. Featuring glass-passivated chip junctions, these rectifiers provide reliable performance for single-phase half-wave 60 Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. Capacitive loads require a 20% derating.
