The Skyworks SMV123x series are silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes designed for low tuning voltage Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs). These varactors feature low series resistance, making them suitable for high-Q resonators in wireless system VCOs operating at frequencies over 10 GHz. They are characterized for capacitance and resistance over temperature and are rated MSL1, 260 C per JEDEC J-STD-020. Skyworks Green products are compliant with applicable legislation and are halogen-free.
