Product Description
The ACST1220H-8H is a high-performance 12 A AC switch with self-overvoltage protection, designed for home appliances and industrial systems. It features a Triac structure with a high-voltage clamping device to absorb inductive turn-off energy and withstand line transients. Its Snubberless technology provides high static immunity (1000 V/s) and strong dynamic commutation (9 A/ms), easing PCB compliance with EMI standards. The device offers low gate current triggering (20 mA) and is suitable for inrush current limiting, heating resistor control, solid-state relays, and capacitor discharge circuits.
