The DB201S thru DB207S are single-phase glass-passivated silicon bridge rectifiers designed for half-wave 60Hz applications with resistive or inductive loads. They offer a low forward voltage drop, high current capability, and high surge current capability, making them suitable for surface mount applications. For capacitive loads, current derating of 20% is recommended.
