Product Overview
The S1A-S1M series are glass passivated chip junction surface mount rectifiers, ideal for automated placement. They offer a low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability. These rectifiers are halogen-free and compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and WEEE 2002/96/EC. They are suitable for general-purpose applications and are available with AEC-Q101 qualification.
