The AIP3D05A060Q4(N) is a 3-phase inverter module designed for low-power motor drive applications. It features a 600V-5A Trench Shielded Planar Gate IGBT configuration, built-in bootstrap diodes with integrated current-limiting resistors, and comprehensive protection features including control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), controllable over-temperature protection (OT), temperature monitoring (VOT), short-circuit current protection (CSC), and a controllable fault out signal (VCF). The module offers an enable input functionality for shutting down low-side IGBTs and an input interface compatible with 3 and 5V logic, utilizing Schmitt trigger receiver circuits. With isolation ratings of 2000Vrms/min, this module is suitable for AC 100-240Vrms class low power motor drives, including washing machines, compressors, and fan motors.
