The MUR540S THRU MUR560S are Super Fast Recovery Rectifier Diodes (FRED) in a low profile DO-214AB(SMC) package. They are ideal for automated placement and feature a glass-passivated chip junction, super fast reverse recovery time, and high forward surge capability. These diodes meet MSL level 1 per J-STD-0020. Typical applications include high frequency rectification in power supplies, inverters, converters, and as freewheeling diodes for consumer and telecommunication equipment.
