Product Overview
The AIP3D15A060Q4(N) and AIP3P15A060Q4(N) are intelligent power modules designed for 3-phase inverter applications. These modules feature Trench Shielded Planar Gate IGBTs with a 600V-15A rating. The AIP3P15A060Q4(N) variant includes an optional built-in PFC diode with low VF and ultra-fast recovery. Key integrated features include bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors, control supply under-voltage lockout protection (UVLO), controllable over-temperature protection (OT), temperature monitoring (VOT), short-circuit current protection (CSC), and a controllable fault out signal (VCF). The modules offer an enable input functionality for low-side IGBT shutdown and an input interface compatible with 3 and 5V lines using Schmitt trigger receiver circuits.
