The AIP3D15A060Q4(N) / AIP3P15A060Q4(N) is a 3-phase inverter intelligent power module designed for AC 100-240Vrms class low power motor drives, including applications like air conditioners, washing machines, compressors, and fan motors. It features a 600V-15A Trench Shielded Planar Gate IGBT and offers optional built-in PFC diodes for the AIP3P15A060Q4(N) model. The module integrates bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors, and provides comprehensive protection features such as control supply under-voltage lockout (UVLO), controllable over-temperature protection (OT), temperature monitoring (VOT), short-circuit current protection (CSC), and a controllable fault out signal (VCF).
