Product Overview
The DMZ1315E/DMX1315E is an UltraVt depletion-mode power MOSFET manufactured by ARK Microelectronics using proprietary advanced planar and Ultrahigh Vth technology. This normally-on device offers ESD improved capability and can provide stable power to loads by utilizing its sub-threshold characteristics. It allows for voltage clamping without a Zener diode, reducing circuit consumption. Its applications include quick chargers, current sources, voltage sources, and Type-C/PD chargers.
