Product Overview
The AOZ5047QIS-01 is a high-efficiency, high-performance DrMOS power module designed for Intel reference designs. It integrates two asymmetrical MOSFETs and a driver in a compact 3.5mm x 5mm QFN package. Optimized for synchronous buck configurations, it features a high-side MOSFET with low capacitance and gate charge for fast switching and a low-side MOSFET with ultra-low ON resistance for minimal conduction loss. The module supports TTL and Tri-state compatibility via PWM and FCCM inputs, offering features like an integrated bootstrap diode, diode emulation mode, and an optimized pin-out for low inductance routing and minimal EMI. It is suitable for applications such as servers, notebook computers, VRMs, point-of-load DC/DC converters, and memory/graphic cards.
