The RS1A~RS1M series are general-purpose, surface-mount fast recovery rectifiers designed for a wide range of applications. Featuring glass-passivated chip junctions, these diodes offer reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V and a forward current of 1.0A, all within a compact SMA package. They are lead-free and comply with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives, also being halogen-free products. These rectifiers are suitable for surface-mounted applications.
