Replacement Transistor Options for Central CENW42 End of Life TO237 Package Semiconductor Devices

Product Overview

This document outlines the discontinuation of transistors manufactured in the TO-237 package, which are now classified as End of Life (EOL). Central Semiconductor Corp. makes efforts to continue production of EOL devices, but discontinuation is an accepted industry practice when customer demand falls below sustainability levels. The following products have transitioned to End of Life status as part of Central's Product Management Process. Replacement products are noted where applicable. The effective date for the last purchase order is six (6) months from the notice date, with final shipments twelve (12) months from the notice date, subject to inventory availability.
