The SK32 thru SK310 series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for applications requiring high efficiency and low power loss. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, providing high forward surge current capability and built-in strain relief ideal for automated placement. They are suitable for various applications with a reverse voltage range of 20 to 100 Volts and a forward current of 3.0 Amperes. The plastic body meets Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, and terminals are solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026.
