The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMZ5913B series are 1.5 Watt surface mount silicon Zener diodes designed for high reliability in commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer, and automotive applications where compact size is essential. Featuring a super miniature SMA case that occupies 30% less board space than the SMB case, these diodes offer 200 Watts of TVS power with a 5% tolerance and a unique "C" bend construction for strain relief.
