The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMZ5913B series offers 1.5 Watt surface mount silicon Zener diodes designed for high reliability in commercial, industrial, entertainment, computer, and automotive applications requiring a compact footprint. These diodes feature a super miniature SMA case, occupying 30% less board space than the SMB case, and provide 200 Watts of TVS power with a 5% tolerance. The "C" bend construction ensures strain relief when mounted on a PC board.
