The SS12 thru SS1200 series offers surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for efficient power conversion. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, resulting in low power loss and high efficiency. They are ideal for automated placement due to built-in strain relief and high forward surge current capability. Applications include general-purpose rectification where high surge capability is needed.
