The DDA (XXXX) U is a PNP pre-biased dual transistor in a SOT363 package. It features epitaxial planar die construction and complementary NPN types are available (DDC). Built-in biasing resistors simplify circuit design. These devices are totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony-free "Green" devices. Specific variants (DDA (XXXX) UQ) are suitable for automotive applications, being AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
