Product Overview

The ULN2003V12 and ULN2003F12 are multi-channel sink drivers designed for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepping motors. The ULN2003V12 offers 7 channels, while the ULN2003F12 provides 4 channels, both featuring low output impedance and compatibility with 3.3V to 5V CMOS logic. These devices offer improved power dissipation compared to the ULN2003A family and include integrated free-wheeling diodes for inductive kick-back protection, input pull-down resistors for tri-stating, and RC snubbers for noisy environments. They are suitable for applications requiring direct interface with micro-controllers and other logic interfaces.
