The SCR MCR100-8 from Shenzhen DingDeFeng Technology Co.,Ltd is a sensitive gate trigger SCR designed for high-volume, line-powered consumer applications. It features a low 200uA maximum gate trigger current, low reverse and forward blocking current, low holding current, and a low on-state voltage. Its glass-passivated surface ensures reliability and uniformity. Applications include relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors, and sensing and detection circuits.
