The SCR MCR100-6 from Shenzhen DingDeFeng Technology Co.,Ltd is a sensitive gate trigger SCR designed for high volume, line-powered consumer applications. It features a low maximum gate trigger current of 200uA, low reverse and forward blocking current of 100uA, and a low holding current of 5mA. Its glass-passivated surface ensures reliability and uniformity. Applications include relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors, and sensing and detection circuits.
