TRIAC BTA41/BTB41
The TRIAC BTA41/BTB41 series features glass-passivated junctions, high voltage and surge capability, and low thermal resistance for enhanced durability. It includes low thermal resistance insulation ceramic for insulated BTAs, with an insulating voltage of 2500V(RMS). Applications include mains power AC switching, static relays, light dimmers, heater control, and motor speed controllers.
