The B220/A - B260/A series are 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers featuring guard ring die construction for transient protection. They are ideally suited for automated assembly, offering low power-loss and high efficiency. These rectifiers are designed for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection applications, with a surge overload rating to 50A peak. They support high-temperature soldering and are RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen/antimony-free ("Green" device).
