The SBRT05U20LPSQ is a 0.5A Trench SBR (Super Barrier Rectifier) featuring ultra-low forward voltage drop and excellent low reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. Packaged in a compact X2-DFN1006-2, it is ideal for rectification, freewheeling, or polarity protection in applications such as SMPS, general switching, reverse polarity protection, and DC-DC converters. It offers superior reverse avalanche capability, soft and fast switching, and a high operating junction temperature of +150C.
