Product Overview

This compact SOD323 packaged Schottky diode offers excellent performance with high-current operation, extremely low-leakage, and low-forward voltage. It is suitable for applications requiring efficient operation at higher temperatures (above +85C). Key features include low VF, high-current capability (IF = 0.40A), miniature surface-mount package, fast switching, and thermal rating to +150C. It is totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and a halogen and antimony-free "Green" device, qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability. An automotive-compliant part (ZHCS400Q) is available separately. Applications include DC-DC converters and mobile telecoms.
