Product Overview
The ZLLS400 is a 40V surface-mount Schottky barrier diode housed in a compact SOD323 package. It delivers excellent performance with high-current capability (IF = 0.52A), extremely low leakage (10A @30V), and low forward voltage. This makes it suitable for applications requiring efficient operation at higher temperatures (above +85C), such as DC-DC converters, mobile telecoms, charging circuits, and motor controls. It complements the ZHCS400 for low-temperature applications.
