The DMG2305UXQ is a P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET designed to meet the stringent requirements of automotive applications. It is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable, making it ideal for use in backlighting, power management functions, DC-DC converters, and motor control. Key features include low on-resistance, low input capacitance, and fast switching speed. This device is also totally lead-free, fully RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony-free, designated as a "Green" device.
