The US2A thru US2M series are 2.0 Amp Ultra Fast Surface Mount Rectifiers designed for surface mounted applications. These rectifiers feature low reverse leakage, built-in strain relief, and are easy for pick and place operations. Their ultrafast recovery times contribute to high efficiency. The glass passivated junction chip and plastic package offer Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0. Both normal and Pb-free products are available.
