DT16T Standard TRIACs

Product Overview
The DT16T Standard TRIACs are high commutation performance silicon bidirectional thyristors designed for general-purpose AC switch control. These devices are suitable for phase angle or on/off triggering and offer reliable operation without the need for a snubber circuit. They are manufactured with a passivated die for enhanced reliability and uniformity, operating at temperatures up to 125C. The DT16T series is compliant with RoHS II 2015/863/EU and uses a Green molding compound classified as UL 94V-0. Applications include control of motors, fans, pumps, solenoid drivers, LED dimming, and inrush current limiting circuits.
