Product Overview
This series of glass-passivated chip junction diodes, housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package, is ideal for automated placement. They feature a low forward voltage drop and high surge current capability. These diodes are compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and WEEE 2002/96/EC, and are halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition. The terminals are matte tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102, meeting JESD 201 class 2 whisker test. Polarity is indicated by a cathode band.
