Product Overview
The ULN2803 is a monolithic integrated high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It features eight independent Darlington drive channels, each with a suppression diode for inductive loads. Each channel can output 500mA, with parallel channels offering higher current capability. With integrated 2.7K base resistors, it directly interfaces with TTL/CMOS logic at 5V, eliminating the need for standard logic buffers. It is widely used for driving relays, stepper motors, LEDs, and as logic buffers.
