Product Overview
The ElecSuper BC846 thru BC848 series are NPN transistors in a SOT-23 small outline plastic package. These transistors are complementary to the BC856/BC857/BC858 series and are ideally suited for automatic insertion with a power dissipation of 200mW. They are designed for general-purpose applications requiring voltages up to 80V (VCBO) and continuous collector current up to 100mA.
