These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, resulting in low power loss and high efficiency. Their compact SMA/DO-214AC package with built-in strain relief makes them ideal for automated placement in surface mounted applications. They are compliant to RoHS 2.0 and are available in Halogen-free options (suffix "-H").
