DSK32 THRU DSK320 SURFACE MOUNT SCHOTTKY BARRIER RECTIFIER. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, offering low power loss and high efficiency. They are designed for surface mounting and provide high forward surge current capability. Suitable for P.C.B. mounting with specified copper pad areas, they are compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and Halogen-free standards.
