The SU310-F is a surface mount ultra low VF Schottky barrier rectifier designed for high-efficiency applications. It features a plastic package with Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0, built-in strain relief for automated placement, and high forward surge current capability. This rectifier is ideal for surface mounted applications and is guaranteed for high temperature soldering.
