The DSK32 THRU DSK320 series are surface mount Schottky barrier rectifiers designed for applications requiring low power loss, high efficiency, and high forward surge current capability. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction with majority carrier conduction, making them suitable for various electronic circuits. They are compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and are halogen-free. The devices are housed in a JEDEC SOD-123 molded plastic body with plated axial leads, solderable per MIL-STD-750, Method 2026. The color band denotes the cathode end, and they can be mounted in any position. High temperature soldering is guaranteed up to 260C for 10 seconds.
