The DSK12 thru DSK120 series are 1.0A Surface Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers designed for applications requiring high efficiency and low power loss. These rectifiers feature a metal silicon junction for majority carrier conduction, offering high forward surge current capability and high temperature soldering guarantees. They are compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and carry an Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0. Suitable for various electronic circuits, these rectifiers are available in voltage ratings from 20V to 200V.
