GN2803A High-Voltage, High-Current Darlington Array
The GN2803A is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array composed of eight NPN Darlington pairs. All units share a common emitter, and each unit features an open-collector output. Each Darlington path in the GN2803A includes a 2.7K base resistor, allowing direct compatibility with TTL/5V CMOS circuits. This enables direct processing of data that previously required standard logic buffers. The GN2803A offers high operating voltage and current capabilities, with a sink current up to 500mA and the ability to withstand 80V in the off-state. Its outputs can also be paralleled for high load current operation, providing an effective solution for multi-interface drive circuits.
